Planting trees remains one of the best ways to do this and to reduce global carbon emissions. Together with onetreeplanted.org (a 501c3 non-profit based in Vermont) our reforestation projects are planting trees that will clean the air we breathe for years to come. But how wooden-town.com helps? Every quarter the number of trees to be planted is determined. We then request the planting of new trees through our partner onetreeplanted.org.

The United States Forest Service (USFS) - an agency of the US Department of Agriculture - manages more than 150 national forests across 43 states. Now, One Tree Planted is one of their official reforestation partners, giving us the opportunity to plant more trees on more public land from coast to coast! Since we have so many projects planned for National Forests, your tree will be planted in an area in which the USFS needs it most.
